  6. jobs. This program accumulates distribution of labor hours, labor dollars,
  7. labor burdens, and benefits, along with material costs, subcontractor costs.
  8. Detail transaction information is provided to show from beginning to end all
  9. job activity. A bonding report is included which separates the completed jobs
  10. from uncompleted. Various other reports provided by the system compares the
  11. estimated costs to the job to date or YTD costs along with variance
  12. percentages. The job cost program accepts distributions from Payroll, Accounts
  13. Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory and distributes accumulated burden
  14. information to the General Ledger System. The program is written in a 4GL
  15. allowing for quick and efficient modifications for specific needs. All CCS
  16. packages include table lookup features as well as full online editing along
  17. with point and shoot methods of data entry.
